Terms and Conditions
1. Platform and operator
TradeBridge (the “Platform”) is an e-commerce service that facilitates access to eligible e-commerce order opportunities and related operational workflows (including wallet funding, fulfillment steps, and settlement).
The Platform is published at https://tradebridge-tb.com. Support contact: support@tradebridge-tb.com. Where a registered legal entity name and address are configured by the operator, they appear in the company details section below and form part of these Terms. We do not invent missing registration details.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, funding an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to the related policies referenced here (Privacy, Refund & Return, Shipping/Fulfillment, Cancellation, Cookies, and KYC/AML where applicable).
2. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms. The version and last-updated date appear on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through in-product notices or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority required where you live, and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TradeBridge is lawful in your country or region. We may restrict or refuse access from unsupported or high-risk locations.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials, one-time codes, and recovery methods confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorized access via support@tradebridge-tb.com or Contact Us.
One person or entity should not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, KYC, fees, or enforcement. We may merge, restrict, or close accounts that abuse multi-account rules.
4. Nature of the service
TradeBridge displays eligible customer Orders (طلبات) according to your active subscription entitlements and account standing. You may review estimates, accept an Order, fund the required purchase amount from your wallet, complete fulfillment steps shown in the product, and receive a final settlement result after verification.
Before acceptance, the Platform may show purchase cost, expected resale/sale value, estimated result, platform fee estimates, deadlines, and plan limits. Those figures are estimates until settlement is finalized.
TradeBridge is not an investment platform, securities broker, stock exchange, forex dealer, investment fund, asset manager, deposit-taking bank, or guaranteed-income program. Subscription fees and order funding are not investments and do not create ownership in TradeBridge.
5. Subscriptions
A subscription purchase buys access to Platform features and eligible Order access for the plan period. It does not buy guaranteed profit, a guaranteed number of successful Orders, a fixed return, or any ownership interest in TradeBridge.
Current prepaid monthly plans (30-day access from activation) and key limits are: Beginner — USD 10, up to 4 Order acceptances per rolling 12 hours, maximum eligible Order purchase value USD 850; Growth — USD 50, up to 6 / USD 2,200; Advanced — USD 150, up to 9 / USD 4,000; Pro — USD 500, up to 12 / USD 20,000. In-product plan pages control the live catalog if it changes.
Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period. The Platform does not currently operate automatic recurring billing or auto-renewal. When a subscription expires, continued access requires a new purchase according to then-current plans and rules.
You may hold more than one active subscription at the same time where the product allows, except you cannot purchase a second active instance of the same plan while one remains active. Each subscription remains separately identifiable. Rolling 12-hour acceptance capacity is calculated by summing the limits of active entitlements. Maximum eligible Order value uses the highest applicable active plan ceiling (not a sum). Order-group eligibility is the union of active entitlements. Acquiring another subscription does not rewrite historical Orders.
Eligible plans may include a limited number of free shipments (currently the first 10 shipments on the applicable entitlement anchor). After that quota, shipping-related fees may apply as disclosed in the product and Shipping Policy. Free-shipment quota is not multiplied merely because multiple subscriptions are active.
Upgrades and additional plan purchases follow in-product rules and these Terms. Fees already paid for a started access period are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policies.
6. Eligible Orders and availability
Eligible Orders are shown according to plan and account rules. Availability is time-sensitive. Another user may reserve or accept an opportunity according to Platform reservation rules, after which it may no longer be available to you.
Display of an Order does not guarantee that you can accept it, complete it, or earn any profit.
7. Reservation and acceptance
An Order opportunity may be reserved for a temporary review window. The current reservation duration is 30 minutes from the applicable offer timer (ORDER_OFFER). Reservation is temporary access for review — not ownership of the Order or goods.
If the reservation expires without acceptance, the opportunity may be released or expire according to Platform rules.
Acceptance means you choose to proceed with that Order under the displayed estimates and these Terms. Acceptance alone does not complete settlement.
8. Order funding (purchase amount)
After you accept an eligible Order, you must fund the required purchase amount (“order funding” / قيمة شراء الطلب) from your Platform wallet within the applicable funding deadline. The current funding deadline is 4 hours from acceptance (ORDER_PAYMENT).
Order funding is the amount required to run the accepted Order workflow. It is not an investment, stake, yield deposit, or investment principal.
Critical distinction: (a) Subscription payment = access/service fee for Platform features; (b) Order funding = purchase amount for an accepted Order. They are separate.
If wallet balance is insufficient, you may need to deposit funds first. Deposit rules appear in Section 13.
9. Fulfillment and shipping
TradeBridge coordinates the Order workflow and related confirmations. TradeBridge is not presented as a parcel courier or last-mile carrier unless expressly stated for a specific program.
Where the workflow requires it, you must submit accurate fulfillment information and shipping proof in the formats accepted by the Platform. Verification of proof affects progression toward settlement.
Tracking, carrier transit, customs, and delivery windows are described in the Shipping / Order Fulfillment Policy (/shipping-policy). Times shown in the product are estimates unless a policy states otherwise.
10. Settlement and final result
Completing workflow steps alone does not always make funds immediately withdrawable. Settlement follows the Platform state machine, including calculation of realized result, any required platform fee payment, and release states culminating in funds released where applicable (FUNDS_RELEASED).
Final financial results are determined at settlement. Amounts become available for withdrawal only after applicable release conditions and account eligibility rules are met.
11. Platform fee
When an Order yields a realized positive profit under Platform settlement rules, a Platform Fee becomes due. The current fee is 16% of realized positive profit only. It is not 16% of the purchase amount.
If realized profit is zero or negative under settlement rules, this Platform Fee on profit is not charged on a positive-profit basis. Fee invoices/records appear in-product where enabled (including Invoice Center / financial records).
The Platform Fee is a service fee on settled results — not an investment-management fee.
12. Non-payment or incomplete funding after acceptance
If you accept an Order and fail to fund the required purchase amount within the funding deadline, the Platform may record an Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee.
The current fee is 25% of the authoritative Order purchase value (purchase principal), not 25% of estimated profit and not 25% of sale value.
The fee is recorded according to Platform rules, may affect wallet balances and account standing, and related records/invoices may appear in your account where enabled. The Platform does not intentionally double-charge the same non-payment event.
13. Wallet and deposits
The wallet is a Platform ledger for deposits, order funding, fees, settlements, and related balances. It is not a bank account, savings account, or investment account.
Balances may be available, held/pending, applied to Orders, or awaiting settlement release according to status shown in the product.
Deposits are funding mechanisms for Platform activity. A deposit may remain pending until payment-provider or on-chain confirmation and internal verification complete.
Uploading a deposit receipt or proof image alone never credits your wallet. Actual provider confirmation, blockchain confirmation where crypto is used, or approved verification controls credit.
14. Crypto deposits
Where crypto deposit methods are enabled (for example USDT, BTC, or ETH rails shown in the product), you must send only the supported asset on the correct network to the address displayed for that method.
On-chain/provider verification and required network confirmations control confirmation timing. Uploaded proof is supporting evidence for review — not confirmation by itself.
Crypto transfers can be irreversible. Network fees are your responsibility. Crypto on TradeBridge is a deposit/funding rail for Platform activity — not a crypto investment service offered by TradeBridge.
15. Withdrawals and KYC
Withdrawals generally require: (a) identity verification (KYC) where required by current Platform configuration (withdrawals are gated by KYC by default); (b) sufficient available balance; (c) settlement release where funds originated from Orders; and (d) a supported payout method you control.
KYC is not required for ordinary deposits/top-ups under current configuration. Supported documents and review steps follow the KYC/AML Policy and in-product prompts. Refusal or failure of KYC may block withdrawals and may limit other risk-sensitive features.
An external transfer fee may apply to withdrawals (currently 5% of the requested transfer amount under Platform fee rules). Timing of payout after approval depends on review and the payout rail; we do not promise a fixed payout clock in these Terms unless a specific policy states one.
Personal data processed for KYC is handled under the Privacy Policy (/privacy).
16. Payments and billing
Subscription purchases and other eligible charges may be processed by third-party payment providers enabled in the product (for example card checkout and/or crypto rails). Authorization is subject to issuer/provider approval.
Where hosted or tokenized checkout is used, TradeBridge does not store full card PAN/CVV credentials on its servers.
You may use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Subscription access is prepaid for the stated period and is not auto-renewed under current Platform billing.
17. Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility (wallet deposits, subscriptions, order funding) is governed by the Refund & Return Policy (/refund-policy). These Terms do not create a separate competing refund schedule.
Cancellation of pending opportunities, accepted Orders awaiting funding, and subscription-related actions is governed by the Cancellation Policy (/cancellation-policy).
If you have a billing or service concern, contact support@tradebridge-tb.com or Contact Us first so we can review the record. Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from exercising lawful card-network dispute rights. Abuse of dispute processes (for example proven fraud or bad-faith chargebacks) may lead to account review under Section 21.
18. No guaranteed results
Any displayed resale value, profit, or result is an estimate only. Final results depend on actual completion, verification, fees, and settlement.
No profit is guaranteed. No fixed or “guaranteed” return or income is promised. Historical or estimated figures do not guarantee future outcomes. You may lose amounts applied as order funding or fees according to these Terms and Platform rules.
19. Acceptable use
You must not: commit fraud; use stolen or unauthorized payment methods; misuse identity documents; operate abusive multiple accounts; interfere with Platform systems; use unauthorized automation to evade limits; engage in money laundering or sanctions evasion; submit false shipping or deposit proofs; manipulate Orders; or otherwise abuse payment-dispute processes.
We may investigate and apply the remedies in Section 21.
20. Third-party services and marketplaces
Order opportunities may relate to goods or channels associated with third-party marketplaces or brands. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Display of an opportunity does not mean TradeBridge is an official partner of Amazon, eBay, SHEIN, Shopify, or any other third party unless a separate partnership is expressly documented.
Third-party outages, listing changes, or carrier failures may affect workflows. See also Section 22.
21. Suspension and termination
We may temporarily restrict features, place an account under review, suspend access, or terminate an account for reasons including fraud indicators, KYC failure where required, Terms violations, legal or payment-provider requirements, or serious risk to other users or the Platform.
Wallet balances remain subject to applicable law, these Terms, and the Refund Policy. We do not claim arbitrary confiscation rights beyond what those rules and law allow.
22. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific commercial outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeBridge and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party outages, network failures, marketplace/provider failures, customer misuse, or incorrect payment/network information supplied by you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
23. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including payment-infrastructure outages, major network failures, natural disasters, war, government action, or strikes, provided we take reasonable steps to resume service when practicable.
24. Privacy and cookies
Personal data, KYC data, payment metadata, and support communications are handled under the Privacy Policy (/privacy). Cookie and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy (/cookies).
25. Intellectual property
The Platform’s software, design, text, and TradeBridge branding are protected. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer (except where law allows), or misuse Platform materials or third-party trademarks displayed in the product.
26. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes that apply to your use of the Platform under your jurisdiction. TradeBridge does not provide tax advice. If the Platform collects a specific tax or fee required by a disclosed rule, that collection will be shown in-product.
27. Governing law and disputes
Governing jurisdiction is shown in these Terms only when configured by the operator in Platform legal settings. Until configured, disputes are handled under applicable law and any jurisdiction identified in a formal operator notice or an updated version of these Terms. Missing jurisdiction is an operator setup item — not invented for appearance.
Before formal proceedings, please contact support@tradebridge-tb.com to seek an operational resolution.
