Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy explains Order decline/expiration, missed funding after acceptance, restrictions after funding/execution, subscription non-renewal, and related support review on TradeBridge.
Read it with the Terms and Conditions (/terms), Refund & Reversal Policy (/refund-policy), and Order Fulfillment and Delivery Policy (/shipping-policy).
Cancellation is not a synonym for refund, withdrawal, settlement, or wallet restoration. Those follow their own rules.
2. Orders before acceptance
While an eligible Order is shown and you have not accepted it, viewing or reserving it does not by itself create the accepted-Order funding obligation.
You may reject / decline a pending offer in the Platform according to the available UI action. No Order purchase funding is taken at the reject stage.
Rejecting an offer releases that offer under Platform rotation rules. You may continue viewing eligible Orders. Rejecting does not guarantee an immediate unrelated replacement Order.
3. Reservation and expiration
The reservation period is 30 minutes. If you do not accept within that window, the reservation expires under Platform offer timers.
Expiration of a reservation before acceptance is not a refund event and does not create an Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee.
4. Order acceptance and funding commitment
Accepting an Order is an affirmative action that commits that Order to your workflow under Platform rules.
Before acceptance, the Platform presents a consent disclosure that includes the Order purchase amount, the funding deadline, and the Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee consequences (including the fee percentage and calculated amount based on the Order purchase value).
After acceptance, you cannot use a simple “cancel” action to avoid the funding obligation if the Platform does not provide a voluntary cancel path for that state. Failure to fund within the deadline is treated as missed funding under Section 6 — not as a voluntary cancellation of convenience.
5. Funding window
After accepting an Order, the customer has a 4-hour funding window to fund the required Order purchase amount from available Platform wallet balance.
The funding window is fixed under current Platform timers (ORDER_PAYMENT). It is not described as “typically” or “approximately” four hours.
6. Failure to fund after acceptance
If an accepted Order is not funded within the 4-hour funding window, the Platform closes the Order under payment-timeout / non-payment rules (including recording a cancelled/timeout status in the Order lifecycle).
That outcome is a missed-funding consequence, not a customer-initiated convenience cancellation.
7. Accepted-Order Non-Payment Fee
If an accepted Order is not funded within the applicable funding window, the Platform may apply the Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee disclosed before acceptance and in the Platform.
Under the current rule, this fee is 25% of the authoritative Order purchase value (purchase principal). It is not 25% of estimated profit, realized profit, sale value, wallet balance, or subscription price.
This fee is separate from the Platform Fee (currently 16% of realized positive profit at settlement) and separate from any withdrawal transfer fee. It is not a “16% cancellation fee” or a “5% cancellation fee.”
The fee is posted according to Platform financial rules and may affect wallet balances and account records. The Platform does not intentionally double-charge the same non-payment event.
8. Funded Orders in execution
Once you have accepted an Order and funded the required purchase amount, the Order may enter execution / fulfillment stages.
At that stage, convenience cancellation is generally unavailable under current Platform behavior. Completing the workflow, or contacting support for a verified Platform/provider failure, are the applicable paths — not on-demand cancel-for-refund.
Funded Order purchase principal is committed to the Order workflow. See the Refund & Reversal Policy for exceptional verified error cases.
9. Failed execution or system cancellation
The Platform may close or stop an Order where implementation requires it — for example missed funding deadline, verified impossibility of execution, duplicate/error correction, or fraud/security/compliance review.
TradeBridge does not claim unlimited arbitrary cancellation rights outside those operational and compliance needs.
Where Platform rules restore amounts to wallet balance after a verified failure, that is wallet restoration / ledger correction. It is not automatically a refund to the original card or payment rail. See /refund-policy.
10. Cancellation vs refund
Cancellation or expiration of an Order does not automatically mean a refund to the original payment method. Any financial treatment depends on the Order state, reason, wallet/ledger treatment, and the applicable Refund & Reversal Policy (/refund-policy).
Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, and other exceptional payment issues are reviewed under the Refund Policy — not by treating every cancellation as an automatic card refund.
11. Subscriptions and non-renewal
TradeBridge subscriptions are prepaid access periods for Platform features and eligible Order opportunities. The current access period is 30 days under Platform subscription rules.
Current subscriptions do not automatically renew. There is no recurring “next billing date” cancellation flow because automatic recurring billing is not operated under the current product.
“Cancelling” a subscription in practice means not purchasing or activating another access period when the current one ends (unless a specific in-product end/cancel control is shown for your account).
12. Subscription expiration and service access
If you do not renew, a currently active prepaid subscription generally remains usable until its shown expiry time. This Policy does not invent immediate termination, prorated day refunds, or remaining-day cash refunds unless a specific Refund Policy case applies.
Where the Platform allows multiple active subscriptions, expiry or non-renewal of one subscription does not automatically cancel other active subscriptions.
Subscription fee refund eligibility (for example confirmed duplicate/billing error or rights required by applicable law) is governed by /refund-policy — not by a blanket “all subscription payments are non-refundable in every circumstance” statement.
13. Billing errors and duplicate payments
If you believe a duplicate charge or incorrect payment occurred, contact support with references. Review follows Platform records and the Refund & Reversal Policy.
Support review does not itself cancel Orders or reverse payments until the applicable correction is confirmed.
14. Fraud prevention and compliance
TradeBridge may pause, review, or close applicable activity where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal/provider compliance according to Platform controls.
This section does not invent forfeiture of funds beyond rules that actually apply in the financial/Order systems and related policies.
15. Fulfillment and delivery
Once a funded Order enters the shipping / fulfillment stage, fulfillment restrictions and timing are described in the Order Fulfillment and Delivery Policy (/shipping-policy).
KYC remains governed by current Platform eligibility: generally required for withdrawals by default; ordinary deposits do not automatically require KYC. Cancellation itself does not invent a separate high-value cancellation KYC requirement.
16. Payment disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact support@tradebridge-tb.com or Contact Us where practical so we can investigate.
Nothing in this Policy waives lawful cardholder dispute or chargeback rights under applicable rules. Abuse of dispute processes (for example proven fraud or duplicate recovery of amounts already remediated) may be investigated.
17. Contact and support
For cancellation or Order-status questions: support@tradebridge-tb.com, or use Contact Us (/contact). Submitting a support ticket does not itself cancel an Order or reverse a payment.
Include your account email, Order or subscription reference, and a clear description. We aim to respond within about 2 business days after receiving the information needed.
18. Policy updates
We may update this Policy. The version and last-updated date appear with the published policy. Material changes may be communicated through in-product notices or email where appropriate.
