TradeBridge is an e-commerce platform that gives subscribers access to eligible Orders and allows them to choose which Orders to accept. After acceptance, the required purchase amount is funded and the Order proceeds through the Platform workflow and settlement process. Estimated financial outcomes are not guaranteed, and any realized profit is determined after settlement.
Available Orders are eligible e-commerce Order opportunities shown according to your plan and account rules. Before acceptance, the Platform may show purchase amount and estimated commercial information. Viewing an Order alone does not create a funding obligation. Marketplace or product names in Order details do not mean TradeBridge is officially affiliated with those marketplaces.
A subscription is a prepaid access/service fee for Platform features and eligible Order opportunities during the purchased period. It is not an investment, deposit product, or ownership stake in TradeBridge. Current plan prices and limits are shown on the subscription page.
Under current Platform rules, subscription access lasts 30 days from activation. TradeBridge does not currently operate automatic recurring billing or auto-renewal. When access expires, continued use requires a new purchase under then-current plans.
Yes. You choose which eligible Orders to accept. Reviewing or viewing an Order does not by itself require you to fund it.
From available Orders, accept an Order you choose. After acceptance, fund the required Order purchase amount from your Platform wallet balance within the funding window. If wallet balance is insufficient, top up first, then complete funding. Order funding is part of the e-commerce workflow — not an investment deposit.
An Order opportunity may be reserved for review for 30 minutes under current Platform timers. After you accept, you have 4 hours to fund the required purchase amount. These are fixed Platform windows, not approximate times.
If an accepted Order is not funded within the 4-hour funding window, the Platform may close it under non-payment rules and may apply the Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee: currently 25% of the order purchase value, not 25% of expected profit. Details are in the Cancellation Policy.
No. Figures shown before acceptance are estimates only. Any realized positive profit is determined at settlement after the applicable Order workflow is completed. TradeBridge does not promise fixed income, passive income, or guaranteed earnings.
When an Order yields a realized positive profit under Platform settlement rules, a Platform Fee becomes due. The current fee is 16% of realized positive profit only — not 16% of the Order purchase amount. It is a service fee on settled results, not a tax on investments.
Settlement calculates the realized result after applicable Order workflow and settlement requirements are completed. Completing steps alone does not always make funds instantly withdrawable. Withdrawals generally require released/available balance, completed KYC by default, a supported payout method, and any other Platform eligibility rules shown in your account.
Identity verification (KYC) is generally required before withdrawals by default. It may also be requested for compliance or other Platform reasons. Ordinary wallet deposits are not automatically described as KYC-gated unless the Platform asks for verification in a specific case.
You can top up your Platform wallet using enabled methods (for example card Checkout and/or crypto where available). A wallet deposit is not a subscription fee and not Order purchase funding. Balance credits after authoritative provider or on-chain confirmation according to the method used — not merely because a form was submitted.
No. A receipt or proof image alone does not create wallet credit. Credit follows authoritative confirmation for that payment path (provider confirmation, monitored on-chain confirmation, or operator review where that path applies).
Request a withdrawal from your account when you have released/available balance and meet eligibility rules. KYC is generally required before withdrawals. An external transfer fee may apply (currently 5% of the requested transfer amount under Platform fee rules). Timing after approval depends on review and the payout rail.
Deposit: adding funds to your Platform wallet. Order funding: using wallet balance to pay the purchase amount for an accepted Order. Withdrawal: moving released/available balance out to a supported payout method after eligibility checks. These are separate actions — none of them is an investment product.
TradeBridge coordinates the Platform Order workflow; it is not itself a physical parcel courier. Under current fee rules, eligible subscriptions include a limited number of included shipments per cycle (currently 10). When included entitlement is not available, a Shipping Fee may apply (currently 3% of the authoritative Order purchase value). See the Shipping Policy for details. Delivery times are not guaranteed fixed clocks.
No. External marketplaces, suppliers, merchants, carriers, and payment providers may be independent third parties. Mentions of marketplaces or products in Order information do not mean official partnership, endorsement, or agency unless separately documented.
Cancellation and refund rules depend on Order status and payment type. Convenience cancellation after funding is generally restricted. Subscription fees and Order outcomes follow the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy — FAQ answers do not create easier or stricter rules than those pages.
Use Contact Us (/contact), in-account support, or the chat widget, and include your account email and Order reference when possible. Support can help investigate payment or Order issues. Contacting support does not by itself cancel an Order or reverse a payment. Lawful card-network dispute rights are not waived by using support first.
