Order Fulfillment and Delivery Policy
1. Scope
This Order Fulfillment and Delivery Policy explains how TradeBridge provides digital subscription access and coordinates the fulfillment workflow for accepted Orders on the Platform.
Read it with the Terms and Conditions (/terms), Refund & Reversal Policy (/refund-policy), Cancellation Policy (/cancellation-policy), and Privacy Policy (/privacy).
2. Nature of TradeBridge service
TradeBridge is an e-commerce order-opportunity / order-workflow platform. It coordinates eligible Order opportunities, acceptance, funding, shipping-stage steps shown in-product, and settlement according to Platform rules.
TradeBridge is not itself the parcel carrier, postal service, physical courier, or manufacturer of third-party products. Operating the Platform does not make TradeBridge an authorized representative of third-party marketplaces.
Order purchase amounts fund the accepted Order workflow. They are not investment contributions, securities purchases, or interest-bearing deposits. TradeBridge does not guarantee profit.
3. Digital activation and delivery
Subscription fees pay for prepaid access to Platform features and eligible Order opportunities for the purchased period (currently 30 days under Platform subscription rules). The Platform does not currently operate automatic recurring billing.
After successful activation, subscription access and applicable Platform features are made available electronically through your account. That electronic access is the digital delivery of the subscription service.
Wallet deposit confirmation and ledger updates are payment/account events. They are not shipment of a physical product and are not described here as “digital goods delivery.” Deposit and refund rules appear in the Terms and Refund Policy.
4. Physical Order fulfillment
Some accepted Orders may involve fulfillment of physical products through applicable merchant, supplier, marketplace, and/or carrier workflows.
TradeBridge coordinates the Platform Order workflow and the customer-visible shipping stage. Physical transport, where it occurs, is performed by independent third parties according to the relevant Order path — not by TradeBridge acting as the courier.
You are not described in this Policy as a parcel carrier. Your role is to complete the Platform steps required for the Order (including funding and the in-product shipping-stage action when shown).
5. Start of Order execution
A typical customer-visible path is: eligible Order shown → reserved → accepted → purchase amount funded → processing → shipping/fulfillment stage → settlement → funds release according to Platform rules.
Reservation and funding timers follow Platform SSOT (currently about 30 minutes to accept a reserved offer, and 4 hours to fund an accepted Order). Full commercial rules are in the Terms.
Once an Order is accepted and funded, amounts may become committed to that Order workflow. Convenience cancellation during execution is generally restricted as described in the Cancellation Policy.
6. Merchants, suppliers and third parties
Merchants, suppliers, marketplaces, and carriers involved in an Order remain independent third parties. TradeBridge does not control every third-party sourcing, warehouse, routing, customs, or last-mile decision.
Display of an Order opportunity does not mean TradeBridge is an official partner of Amazon, eBay, SHEIN, Shopify, or any other marketplace. Their names and marks remain their owners’ property.
7. Fulfillment and delivery methods
Fulfillment and delivery methods depend on the specific Order and the applicable merchant/supplier/carrier path. TradeBridge does not publish a fixed universal menu of “standard / express / overnight” carrier products for all Orders.
Availability and destination eligibility may depend on the specific Order, merchant, fulfillment source, and carrier. This Policy does not claim unlimited worldwide shipping.
8. Fulfillment / shipping charges
Under current Platform fee rules, eligible subscriptions include a limited number of included shipments per billing cycle (currently 10 included shipments for the account’s shipping-quota cycle — not multiplied by the number of active plans).
When included entitlement is not available for an Order, a Shipping Fee may apply: currently 3% of the authoritative Order purchase value. The applicable charge is shown in the Platform before you complete the relevant shipping-stage commitment where that UI path applies.
A separate shipping-payment window may apply when a fee is due (currently aligned with the Platform’s 4-hour shipping-payment timer). Missing that window may lead to lifecycle penalties or cancellation outcomes under Platform rules.
Shipping Fee is a Platform fulfillment charge. It is not described here as a customs-duty estimate collected by TradeBridge for every Order.
9. Timing and estimates
Fulfillment timing has separate components: Platform Order processing; merchant/supplier fulfillment; carrier transit where applicable; and Platform settlement/release.
TradeBridge does not publish a single fixed delivery SLA (for example “3–7 business days”) as a guaranteed processing promise for all Orders. Timing varies by Order, merchant/supplier, destination, carrier, verification needs, and third-party availability.
Any dates or windows shown in the product are estimates unless explicitly identified otherwise. They are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
10. Tracking and Order status
You can review applicable Order status in your account interfaces (including My Orders / trade-file Order views where available).
Tracking, carrier, or shipment presentation may appear when available for an Order. TradeBridge does not guarantee carrier GPS tracking or a live tracking number for every Order.
11. Shipment and delivery confirmation
Completing the in-product shipping stage (including paying any required Shipping Fee or consuming included entitlement) records shipment progression under Platform rules and typically moves the Order toward settlement stages.
“Shipment confirmed” or similar status does not by itself mean physical last-mile delivery is complete, and it does not by itself mean funds are immediately withdrawable.
12. Verification and settlement
After shipping-stage completion, settlement calculates realized results under Platform rules. A Platform Fee of currently 16% of realized positive profit may become due. Release of funds follows settlement states through applicable release conditions.
Order completion / settlement is not the same as instant withdrawable balance. Withdrawal eligibility still depends on available/released balance, KYC where required, payout method, and other Platform rules (see Terms and Refund Policy).
13. KYC and withdrawals
Under current Platform configuration, KYC is generally required before withdrawals. Ordinary deposits/top-ups do not automatically require KYC.
This Policy does not impose a separate “high-value settlement KYC” requirement beyond what current Platform eligibility and risk configuration actually apply. KYC details are in the KYC/AML materials and Privacy Policy.
14. Customs and taxes where applicable
Where an Order involves international physical movement of goods, customs, duties, taxes, or similar charges may depend on destination, merchant/carrier arrangements, and applicable law.
TradeBridge does not operate a general customer-facing “estimated customs duty collection before fulfillment” product for all Orders. Any amount you are asked to pay in-product for an Order (such as the Shipping Fee above) is governed by the fee shown for that step.
This Policy is not tax advice.
15. Delays outside our control
TradeBridge is not responsible for delays caused by independent carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, marketplace/supplier outages, incorrect third-party data, or other events outside our reasonable control.
16. Failed or unavailable fulfillment
If an Order cannot be completed because of a verified Platform, provider, or applicable third-party fulfillment failure, contact support so the record can be reviewed.
Remediation follows actual lifecycle and financial rules and may include wallet ledger restoration where Platform rules provide it. That is not automatically a refund to the original card. See the Refund & Reversal Policy (/refund-policy).
TradeBridge does not promise replacement of lost/damaged physical goods as a universal courier warranty. Merchant/carrier processes and support review apply where relevant.
17. Delivery information and customer responsibility
Where the Platform asks you to confirm or act on fulfillment information shown for an Order, you are responsible for reviewing that information carefully before completing the shipping-stage action.
This Policy does not invent a general self-service address-change window (for example “change address within X hours”) after Order commitment. If a field cannot be changed in-product after commitment, treat the displayed information as final for that step unless support advises otherwise.
18. Refunds and cancellations
Payment errors, duplicate charges, and eligible reversal/refund review are governed by the Refund & Reversal Policy (/refund-policy).
Cancellation of pending offers, accepted-but-unfunded Orders, and funded Orders in progress is governed by the Cancellation Policy (/cancellation-policy) and the Order lifecycle. Once funded execution has started, cancellation is generally restricted.
19. Third-party marketplaces
Order opportunities may reference or relate to third-party marketplaces or brands. No official partnership is implied. Trademark rights remain with their owners.
20. Contact and support
For fulfillment or shipping questions: support@tradebridge-tb.com, or use Contact Us (/contact) with category “Shipping Issue”.
Include your account email, Order reference, and a clear description of the issue.
21. Policy updates
We may update this Policy. The version and last-updated date appear with the published policy. Material changes may be communicated through in-product notices or email where appropriate.
