Refund & Reversal Policy
1. Purpose and scope
TradeBridge is an e-commerce order-opportunity / order-workflow platform. This Refund & Reversal Policy explains when a payment or wallet entry may be reviewed for a refund, reversal, or ledger adjustment.
It covers subscription access fees, wallet deposits/top-ups, accepted Order funding, disclosed Platform fees, and related payment disputes. It does not turn TradeBridge into an investment product, bank, or guaranteed-return service.
Read this Policy with the Terms and Conditions (/terms), Cancellation Policy (/cancellation-policy), Shipping Policy (/shipping-policy), and Privacy Policy (/privacy).
2. Definitions
Refund: return of a payment to an original payment rail (for example card Checkout) when an approved refund is actually processed by the applicable provider.
Reversal / ledger adjustment: correction of a wallet or accounting entry (for example restoring available balance after a verified error, duplicate posting, or certain lifecycle outcomes). A wallet restoration is not the same as a card refund.
Withdrawal: transfer of eligible available balance to a supported payout method you control. Withdrawals are not refunds of the original deposit method.
Order settlement: calculation and release of Order-related financial results under Platform settlement rules. Settlement completion does not itself mean an instant withdrawable refund.
Committed funds: amounts applied to an accepted and funded Order workflow and no longer treated as free unused balance.
3. Subscription payments
Subscription fees are prepaid access/service charges for Platform features and eligible Order opportunities during the purchased period (currently 30 days under Platform subscription rules). Current plan prices are shown in-product (including beginner, growth, advanced, and pro plans).
The Platform does not currently operate automatic recurring billing or auto-renewal. When a subscription expires, continued access requires a new purchase under then-current plans.
Once a subscription has been activated and service access has been made available, refund eligibility is limited. Subscription fees are not treated as automatically refundable merely because you later choose not to use the Platform.
Nothing in this Policy removes rights that applicable law may require. Confirmed duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or payment-processing errors may be reviewed separately by support. There is no self-service automatic subscription refund engine in the current product.
4. Wallet deposits
A pending deposit is not available balance. Wallet credit occurs only after authoritative confirmation by the applicable payment provider and/or on-chain/crypto verification rules where crypto deposits are enabled.
Uploading a receipt or deposit proof is evidence for review only. Proof alone never credits the wallet.
Confirmed credits may appear as available balance, may be applied to eligible claims/debts under Platform rules, or may later become committed when used to fund an accepted Order.
TradeBridge does not operate a general self-service “refund unused wallet balance to the original card” product path. Eligible available balance is ordinarily removed through the withdrawal process described in Section 11, subject to eligibility rules.
Limited refund/reversal review for deposits may still apply in the cases listed in Sections 6–10 (for example confirmed duplicates or provider/platform errors), via support — not as an automatic entitlement for unused balance.
5. Accepted Order funding
After you accept an eligible Order, you must fund the authoritative purchase amount within the funding deadline (currently 4 hours under Platform timers). Reservation of an offer is currently about 30 minutes before acceptance expires.
Money used to fund an accepted Order is used for that Order workflow. It is not an investment deposit, securities purchase, or interest-bearing product. TradeBridge does not guarantee profit. Estimated profit shown before acceptance is not guaranteed final profit.
Once funding is completed, the funded amount may become committed to execution of that Order. Refund eligibility then depends on actual lifecycle status and is generally not available merely because you later wish to cancel a funded Order that is in progress.
If you accept an Order and do not fund it within the deadline, the Order may be cancelled under Platform rules and an Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee may apply: currently 25% of the authoritative Order purchase value (purchase principal), not 25% of estimated profit.
6. When a refund or reversal may be reviewed
Support may review a refund, reversal, or ledger adjustment when we can verify, for example: a duplicate charge; a payment marked failed that was still charged; a duplicate wallet credit; a confirmed payment-provider or Platform processing error; or another documented incorrect financial posting.
Review is case-by-case. Approval is not automatic. Applicable law and provider rules still apply.
7. Non-refundable / committed amounts
Amounts committed to an accepted and funded Order that is in execution, fulfillment, or settlement are generally not refundable as a customer convenience cancellation.
We do not refund based on dissatisfaction with estimated versus realized profit when Order terms and estimates were shown before acceptance.
Completed settlements that you confirmed through normal Platform completion are not reopened as ordinary refunds, except where a verified Platform/provider error or applicable law requires review.
Rights that applicable law requires remain available.
8. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a failed checkout, or credited incorrectly, contact support promptly with payment references.
We investigate using Platform records and, where needed, payment-provider reconciliation. Any correction may take the form of a provider refund, a wallet ledger adjustment, or another remediation appropriate to the payment path — after verification.
9. Failed or reversed transactions
Failed or abandoned checkouts that never receive authoritative provider confirmation do not create available wallet credit.
If a payment provider later refunds or reverses a charge that had already credited your wallet, the Platform may claw back or adjust the corresponding wallet credit and related invoice/records so the ledger remains consistent.
Crypto deposit status follows provider/on-chain confirmation rules where enabled. Network congestion or delayed confirmations are not automatically treated as a refund entitlement.
10. Order failure / Platform error
If an Order cannot be completed because of a verified TradeBridge Platform or applicable payment-provider failure (not ordinary marketplace price movement, and not dissatisfaction with profit estimates), contact support so we can review the record.
Where Platform rules provide a lifecycle restoration, funding may be restored to wallet balance or otherwise adjusted according to the applicable settlement/operations path. That wallet restoration is not automatically a refund to the original card or crypto rail.
We do not invent a general cancel-and-refund right after purchase execution or marketplace commitment where the backend does not provide one.
11. Withdrawals are not refunds
Eligible available / released balance is ordinarily removed through withdrawal to a supported payout method you control — after KYC where required by current configuration, settlement release where funds originated from Orders, and other eligibility checks.
KYC is generally required for withdrawals by default. Ordinary deposits/top-ups do not automatically require KYC under the current default. KYC is not required merely to open a payment-issue review ticket.
An external transfer fee may apply to withdrawals (currently 5% of the requested transfer amount under Platform fee rules). Timing after approval depends on review and the payout rail.
Do not describe a withdrawal as a “refund” of the original deposit method. Rejected withdrawals may restore held amounts (and paid transfer fees where applicable) to available wallet balance under Platform withdrawal rules — that restoration is a wallet ledger action, not a card refund.
12. Fees and financial adjustments
Platform Fee: currently 16% of realized positive profit only at settlement. It is not 16% of the purchase amount, not interest, and not an investment-management fee.
Accepted Order Non-Payment Fee: currently 25% of the authoritative Order purchase value (principal) when the applicable non-payment condition is met.
Withdrawal transfer fee: currently 5% of the requested transfer amount when applicable.
Shipping-related fees follow the Shipping Policy and in-product disclosures. Fee postings are commercial adjustments under Platform rules, not refundable “deposits” by default.
13. Refund method
Where an approved refund to the original payment method is processed, destination depends on the original payment method, transaction status, provider capabilities, and compliance requirements.
For card Checkout paths when enabled (for example hosted Stripe Checkout), approved provider refunds generally return through that provider rail — not as cash mailed by TradeBridge.
Crypto rails, wallet ledger restorations, and bank/payout withdrawals follow their own paths. We do not promise that every approved remediation is a card refund.
14. Processing and bank/provider timing
We aim to respond to complete refund/payment-issue requests within about 7 business days after we have the information needed to decide. That is a review-response target, not a guarantee that funds will post in that period.
After an approved refund or reversal is submitted to a provider, the time for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, card network, receiving bank, blockchain/network where applicable, and the original payment method.
We do not promise a fixed posting timeline such as “3 days” or “5–10 days” for all methods.
15. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact support@tradebridge-tb.com or Contact Us first so we can investigate the transaction record.
Nothing in this Policy waives, eliminates, or restricts any lawful cardholder dispute or chargeback right you may have under applicable card-network or consumer rules.
Abuse of dispute processes — for example proven fraud, duplicate recovery of amounts already remediated, or bad-faith inconsistent claims — may be investigated, and account activity may be reviewed where legally and operationally appropriate.
16. Fraud, abuse, and duplicate recovery
We may decline or reverse remediation where we find fraud, stolen payment instruments, multi-account abuse, or attempts to obtain duplicate recovery of the same funds through support and a card dispute at the same time.
We may share necessary information with payment providers or authorities when required by law or provider rules.
17. Marketplace / third-party transactions
Order opportunities may relate to third-party marketplaces or brands. Display of an opportunity does not mean TradeBridge is an official partner of Amazon, eBay, SHEIN, Shopify, or any other marketplace.
Returns or disputes for end-customer products handled by a marketplace or carrier follow that channel’s rules. Those processes are separate from TradeBridge subscription fees, wallet funding, and Order-funding remediation under this Policy.
18. How to request review
Contact: support@tradebridge-tb.com, or use Contact Us (/contact) with category “Refund Request” or “Payment Issue”.
Submit requests as soon as you identify an issue. Provider or network time limits may affect what can still be corrected even when we review in good faith.
19. Required information
Please include: account email; approximate amount and date; payment or deposit reference / transaction ID if available; Order or subscription reference if relevant; and a clear description of the issue.
Incomplete requests may delay review.
20. Policy relationship
If this Policy conflicts with a more specific in-product financial disclosure for a particular transaction, the specific disclosure and the Terms control for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation mechanics for pending/accepted Orders are detailed in the Cancellation Policy. Fulfillment/shipping workflow details are in the Shipping Policy. Personal-data handling is in the Privacy Policy.
